Your purchase will be shipped 1-3 business days after cleared payment has been received.


Payment is expected within 48 hours. Please contact us within this time if there will be a delay in payment, or unfortunately your order will be cancelled.


International Buyers:


All Shipping, duty, customs and international taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

   

Returns and exchanges


Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to solve this problem.


Please contact me BEFORE returning your items and I am certainly willing to work with you to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution to assure your satisfaction.


• Returns are allowed on unworn items that have not been purchased as a discounted order, within 5 days of receipt.


• Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.


• The refunded amount will take 5-7 business days after receiving returns to be processed back to your Paypal/credit card/bank account.


Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable and the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser.


Defective & Damaged Products:


If any of the items from your order are missing or damaged when your package arrives, please contact us with your name, Transaction ID and a description of the problem. We will do everything we can to get the issue resolved.


Shipping


All orders will ship to the address you provided.


Please ensure that it is up to date and correct.


Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days after the payment has been cleared. (Please contact us for rush orders.)


To cancel an order please notify us through conversations as soon as possible.


* If you would like your order upgraded to another shipping method, please contact us prior to purchase, and a custom listing will be set up with the requested shipping method.


Packaging


Items will be packaged inside a secure mailing box or packet.


If you are sending a gift and would like to add a personal message, we would be happy to fulfill your request.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Holland may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.


Be aware that these shipping, customs and duties fees are the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser.


BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT TIME OF PURCHASE


I ship to the address I am given in checkout ONLY. 


I cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been mis-delivered due to incorrect address entry at checkout.


Orders that are shipped and tracked as *delivered* but the customer is not in possession of the package: the customer must file a claim with their post office. After a period of 30 days the order may be considered lost and a replacement or refund may be discussed at that time.
